Songs of Resentment & Gratitude explores myriad emotions that can often arise during the holiday season — joy, anticipation, grief, and much more — through the lens of popular song. From jazz standards to indie folk, this program features songs from artists as diverse as George and Ira Gershwin, Patsy Cline, and Norman Whitfield.

Featuring Alexis Tantau (vocals), Joshua Espinoza (piano), and Ed Hrybyk (bass), this trio brings together, for the first time, three accomplished performers active in Baltimore’s sparkling jazz scene. Not to be missed.
