The BJA launched the Baltimore Jazz Conference in 2019 as a way to bring together members of the jazz community to learn, share ideas, and make connections. Due to COVID-19, the conference was held virtually in 2020 and 2021, with the benefit that recorded sessions can still be seen even for those who were unable to attend. Click below for details. In 2022 as we planned to resume in-person attendance we decided to move the event to April, so we skipped 2022 and held the fourth conference in April 2023.
